Helpful Tips!

  • Calendar Meetings

    Remember to calendar 6 meetings between May 1 - April 30. Members must not miss more than 2 meetings or their status will change to individual members.

  • Meetings

    Don't forget to record attendance for your meetings within 24 hours of the meeting. Members should practice Robert's Rules of Order and let the members run the meeting.

  • Upload Minutes

    Minutes must be approved at the next meeting after the meeting date the minutes were taken for. CC should then collect and upload minutes to the Lion's Heart website.
